With IONOSyou can choose between three server variants following:
- Virtual server (VPS): fully virtual resources, but 100% dedicated; fixed monthly pricing
- Cloud Server: Maximum virtual and scalable server resources; pricing depends on performance used
- Dedicated Server: Dedicated enterprise hardware (AMD or Intel); per-minute pricing
If you choose a solution with virtual resources, the service for which you pay remains available at any time, even if you share the hardware with other customers. Whatever your model, the server’s high-speed external connection is notably guaranteed up to 400 Mbps.
To choose between a virtual server and a cloud server, you must have an idea of how you want to use these resources. For a one-time recourse to the Arma Reforger server, the Cloud server and its per-minute pricing are particularly suitable. If, on the other hand, you want a permanently active server, we advise you to turn to a virtual server instead. And for scenarios with a large number of players, a dedicated server seems ideal.
